Welcome to A&A Cleaning Services (aka “Us”, “We”, or “Super Duper Cleaners”). By accessing or using this site, you’re basically agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, feel free to hit the back button or close the tab… we won’t take it personally (maybe).

1. Services
We offer top-notch cleaning services to make your place spotless. But here’s the deal – the service specifics will be detailed in our agreement (like what areas we’ll clean, pricing, and all that jazz). We’ll try our best to make everything squeaky clean, but if a speck of dust survives, don’t hold it against us – we’re only human.

2. Payments
Money makes the world go ’round, and it helps us keep your space clean. Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed in the service contract. We accept major credit cards, cash, and, if you’re feeling generous, cookies (jk, no cookies). Late payments may result in delayed services or a gentle but firm reminder from us.

3. Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? No problem. Just give us 24 hours’ notice. If you forget, we might have to charge a cancellation fee. It’s not because we don’t love you, it’s because our cleaners have schedules too. 😬

4. Client Responsibilities
Before we come in and work our cleaning magic, make sure the space is ready for us. That means picking up personal items, making sure pets are safe (unless they want to help), and generally not leaving booby traps. We’re cleaners, not ninjas.

5. Liability
We’ll treat your place like our own and be as careful as possible, but if something goes wrong (like a vase takes a tumble), we’re only responsible for damages that result from our cleaning activities. If we didn’t do it, we’re not liable, plain and simple.

6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All your personal details, like your address and payment info, are safe with us. We won’t share them with third parties unless it’s required by law or to complete your service (e.g., payment processing). No spam, we promise.

7. Changes to Services
Need to switch up your cleaning plan? Cool, just let us know, and we’ll try to make it work. Prices, service availability, and schedules may change, but we’ll keep you in the loop.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time for reasons like non-payment, excessive cancellations, or just being super difficult to work with (sorry, not sorry).

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas (because that’s where we do our thing). Any disputes? We’ll do our best to work it out with you before involving any lawyers.
